Relationship Advancement
Matrix Process (RAMP) is a process for evaluating the status of
relationships with the full range of stakeholders and providing a mapping
process for effective program development resulting in measurable standards.
The program focuses on the value of each communications effort rather than
the completion of tasks. It is a concise and objective way to evaluate
relationships and site-specific action plans that are measured against
corporate goals—called "best practices."
Because it is a third-party audit, it provides candid, unbiased feedback
about existing programs. Because of the years of experience from Ann Green
Communications, RAMP provides a wealth of ideas about how each facility can
meet your communications goals.
RAMP is a nine step process. The first eight are designed to provide initial
evaluation, recommendation and action matrix. The ninth is the re-evaluation
step. |
